VFANS.NET Shipping Policy

VFANS.NET products below 150 lbs are usually shipped via FedEx, UPS, the USPS or combine services FedEx-USPS and UPS-USPS within the 48 continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will in most cases require a special service at an additional cost.

The shipping method will be determined by the size and weight of each product. A package weighing 150 lbs. (68 kg) or less and measuring greater than 130 inches (330 cm) in combined length and girth will be classified by FedEx and UPS as an “Oversize” package. All packages must have a combined length and girth of no more than 165 inches (419 cm). An oversize charge of $30 per package will also apply to any package measuring greater than 130 inches (330 cm) in combined length and girth.

After the merchandise is handover to the carriers, VFANS.NET is not responsible for any delays in which it might incur.

Truck Freight

Manny of our products will require additional freight charges to be calculated by our office. These are usually oversized and heavy products. Orders containing this type of merchandise will require a separate freight charge that will be calculated and detailed to the customer after submitting its order online. Some shipping charges may be on a separate bill from the original order. 

We reserve the right to stop a shipment if website either by error or any other reason charges a service fee below the real shipping cost. 

Freight Shipments

Our larger and/or heavier products will be shipped via freight truck. All products transported on Freight Truck will ship on a Pallet or Skid. Customer’s location must be tractor-trailer accessible. Truck transportation usually delivers to a dock facility designed to receive freight. If it is a Residential delivery the customer must request a truck/trailer with a liftgate and a pallet jack or add this service option online. Freight truck drivers will not give assistance unloading the truck. Customers are responsible for unloading their merchandise with a forklift or by any other means. Customers without a loading dock, a forklift or any other means of unloading the truck/trailer, must request in advance a truck/trailer with a lift gate and a pallet jack or add this option online, The lift gate service entails an additional charge.

VFANS.NET is not liable if a customer fails to order the liftgate service option online, email or phone, yet requires it to unload the merchandise.

VFANS.NET reserves the right to bill and charge the customer a surcharge for lift gate service if he fails to order the Lift Gate option online and yet requires it.

VFANS.NET reserves the right to bill the customer an additional surcharge if the customer fails to add this option online that the delivery location is deemed a Limited Access location. Limited Access Locations are remote areas or special hour locations such as Military posts, Schools, Residential Communities.

When Carrier makes a pickup or delivery at a limited access location, the following charges will apply:

$136.00 per shipment, unless otherwise indicated below.

The term LIMITED ACCESS LOCATION includes but is not limited to the following:

Individual (mini) storage units

Churches

Schools

Commercial establishments not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours

Construction sites

Fairs or carnivals

Prisons

Military Base/Installations

Rural route or out of town highway access locations

Businesses located in residential areas in Canada

Sites requiring Security Inspections prior to delivery

VFANS.NET will not be deemed liable if the customer fails to add the “Limited Access Locations” option online, or orders it via regular mail, email or phone, yet requires it to make the delivery.

VFANS.NET reserves the right to bill and charge the customer a surcharge for the “Limited Access Locations” service if the customer fails to add this option online, via regular mail, email or phone and yet the service is completed.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. In the event of LTL damages, we follow the NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification) laws that are regulated by the Federal Government.

Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together.

NOTE ABOUT SURCHARGES: If concerned about additional costs customer can arrange to pick-up their freight at the truck terminal. Customer must make sure its vehicle is capable of handling merchandise weight and volume and bring along additional help to unload and load.

Shipping Policy for replaced Products due to manufacturing defects:

In case of a product exchange due to manufacturing defects or to our mistake shipping the wrong product, VFANS.NET will only be responsible for GROUND SHIPPING. If the customer needs the product faster, the customer will assume the shipping fees difference.  

International Shipping

International orders require shipping and handling charges dependent on the destination country. Overseas shipping and handling do not include any broker fees, customs fees, or taxes imposed on shipments entering the destination country, nor is the shipping carrier liable for payment of them.  Some products cannot be shipped to certain international or remote destinations.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and shipment tracking for returned products. If an order ship prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.

Limitations of Liability
In no event shall VFANS.NET be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 
Prices and quotes are subject to change without notice. VFANS.NET is not responsible for typographical errors.

VFANS.NET makes every effort to ship your product in a timely manner, however, sometimes delays and backorders are inevitable. Expected shipment dates are advisory only. VFANS.NET will not be held responsible or liable for these conditions or the way they may affect your production. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Our shipping charges and methods are determined by the type of product ordered, dimension, weight, and destination.

VFANS.NET is not liable for delays caused by carriers due to natural, operational or internal conflict reasons.

Backorders will be shipped when they are available. When orders are shipped FedEx will notify you via e-mail. If shipped by a trucking company Customers can ask them to notify you and make arrangements for delivery. Shipping method is determined by VFANS.NET and is dependent upon product size and weight to be shipped and destination.

Products will be shipped to Customer's single destination. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to such destination. Customer pays transportation expenses.

Our prices are FOB Pembroke Pines, Florida. FOB stands for "free on board". This means that shipping is not included in the prices. This means that we are responsible for putting the freight on the truck. The charges associated with moving the merchandise to the destination are paid for by the customer.

Checking Your Order Upon Delivery

Notify VFANS.NET Customer Service immediately of any missing or incorrect parts delivered, and we will make the correction. VFANS.NET will not accept any claims for shortages or errors after 3 days from the date of delivery. You can reach customer service at (954) 433 1321.

Customer must refuse any merchandise with visibly damaged packaging upon delivery. VFANS.NET will not be liable and will not accept complaints 24 hours after delivery for broken packages.

 Please check the shipped order very carefully in the presence of the delivery person for damage or incomplete shipment before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading. Please note any tears or irregularities in shipping packaging, however slight, on the shipping delivery receipt. This could be an indication of extensive concealed damage. The shipping company will not take responsibility if the damage is not noted on the delivery receipt. In the event of shipping damage, call VFANS.NET Customer Service immediately at 954 433 1321 so we can expedite replacements. Please check in all parts within 3 days from receiving the order. Notify VFANS.NET immediately of any missing or incorrect parts. VFANS.NET does not accept any claims for damage or shortage after 3 days from the date of delivery.

 Shipping Damage

We realize that shipping damage can occur sometimes. It is crucial that you inspect the shipment very carefully in the presence of the delivery person for damage or incomplete shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Please note on the delivery receipt or Bill of Laden of any tears or irregularities on the shipping packaging, though slight, it could be an indication of extensive concealed damage. If the product is received damaged, and you sign for it free and clear then you have no legal recourse with the freight company. The shipping company will not take responsibility if the damage is not noted on the delivery receipt. In the event of shipping damage, call VFANS.NET Customer Service immediately at 954 433 1321 in order to expedite replacements. Please check in all parts within 3 days from receiving the order.  Notify VFANS.NET immediately of any missing or incorrect parts. VFANS.NET will not accept any claims for damage or shortage after 3 days from the date of delivery.

 Concealed Damage

If you sign for the shipment free and clear and then later notice damage, please contact us immediately. We have 3 days from the date of delivery to file a concealed damage claim. The shipping company will typically accept responsibility for only 1/3 of the damage claim if it's signed for free and clear.

 Freight Shipments

  • Notification will be made when the order is shipped via phone, e-mail, or fax.
  • We will review the receiving instructions and provide the carrier and pro number so that the shipment can be tracked.
